Donna Withnell Design has had an exciting summer and is now ready to reveal the exciting news of a brand that has been developed.
While always improving design skills to reflect in branding your business, I have discovered the exciting world of Kawaii! Kawaii means cuteness in Japanese. As soon as discovered Kawaii I was hooked. After many hours of honing in on the perfection of Kawaii, I decided to take it one step further.
A carefully crafted brand that is all about cute penguins. But what is the meaning of KaioMisaki? Well, the names are Japanese penguin names. Kaio is a name meaning calmness and tranquility, ocean. Misaki means beautiful bloom.
Combining these 2 names to only made sense to bloom into a brand of tranquility and calmness. But how do you showcase penguins? Well, stickers of course and then apparel. After many stressful hours of watching videos on how I was going to produce products that are cute and eyecatching; KaioMisaki was born.
Stickers and sticker sheets are designed by myself, printed and made in house. Apparel is outsourced, but all the designs are uniquely made by myself.

COMING IN OCTOBER there will be socks! These socks are crew style and in 2 different designs. Winter Snow and Love is Love. Designed by myself and made right here in Canada from 100%cotton, woven design into the socks means no sublimation. 100% custom and just in time for your holiday shopping!
